1 - Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site www.petite-mila.com
2 - Place an order
The creations of the Petite Mila brand, designed and produced by Caroline Quesnel, are sold on www.petite-mila.com. You can place an order by clicking on "order" and confirming your basket.
3 - Products and Prices
The products sold on www.petite-mila.com are identified by one or more photographs, a descriptive text and a price including all taxes in euros, excluding shipping costs. These are calculated according to the order and indicated when confirming your basket. The photographs are intended to be as faithful as possible to the products sold, but the colors reproduced may vary from one computer screen to another.
4 - Payment Payments are made preferably by Paypal, a secure payment service by bank card. It is not compulsory to have a personal Paypal account to make your payment. When you are redirected to the Paypal page to make the payment (after clicking on "order"), you can make a payment by credit card by clicking on "continue". Then fill in the fields concerning your bank card as for any conventional payment made on the internet.
If you prefer to pay by check, please contact me by email at contact (at) petite-mila (.) Com or via the contact form on the site, telling me which products you want to order. The shipment will be made after cashing the check.
5 - Right of withdrawal
In application of article L.120-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt of the order to return at his expense, the articles not being suitable for him , for an exchange or refund. This period runs from the day of receipt of the order. All returns must be notified in advance by email to: boutiquepetitemila (at) yahoo (.) En This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of shipping and return costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the buyer has the choice to request either a refund of the amounts paid, or the exchange of the product. In this case, reshipment will be at the expense of the consumer.
6 - Delivery The buyer must verify the accuracy and compliance of the information he provides to Petite Mila, including the delivery details provided on Paypal. Indeed, it is to this address that the package will be shipped. Petite Mila cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences in terms of delay or error in delivery. In this context, all costs incurred for the possible reshipment of an order will be borne by the buyer.
All our deliveries are made by post and processed within 48 hours. The delivery time in mainland France is usually 2 to 3 days. For international deliveries, the deadline varies depending on the postal systems in force in the countries concerned.
The articles are sent in Letter Max in mainland France with tracking number or Colissimo without signature for large orders and in Export Tracking worldwide.
The delivery costs correspond to the current prices of La Poste and the cost of packaging.
Transport problems: delay, damaged package, are the responsibility of the transport service.
The risks associated with the delivery operation of the items are the responsibility of the Customer from their shipment.
7 - Liability
Petite Mila declines all responsibility for any allergies or improper handling of the products. The site has no therapeutic aim. The indications given are for informational purposes and cannot replace medical advice. Petite Mila declines all responsibility in the event of self-prescription without prior medical authorization. 8 - Intellectual property Any reproduction or use without authorization of the texts, comments and photographs used on the site www.petite-mila.com, are strictly prohibited.
9 - Protection of personal data The personal information collected from buyers is essential for the processing and routing of orders. They are kept confidential by Petite Mila, who undertakes not to communicate them to a third party. However, they can be used to inform buyers of the various news concerning Petite Mila.
